NO NEW WORKERS

No New Workers is a youth-led grassroots campaign targeting the industries enabling new fossil fuels and weapons of war. Students, graduates and young people are promising no new workers for these industries until they divest from ecocide and genocide.

Our tactics include going to the events, recruitment fairs, conferences and offices of these companies and voicing our discontent in front of their CEOs, workers and potential new recruits themselves. Our main focus at the moment is the insurance industry - without whom new fossil fuel expansion projects cannot be built and weapons manufacturers could not operate. This same industry is already facing a dire recruitment crisis: meaning that more youths disrupting their recruitment pipeline and boycotting their industry lights a real fire under their feet.
